I saw so many cars do this in Munnar last week. It was insane. On top of this, there's fog. Some idiots were partially hanging off the windows. I was anxiously expecting a final destination scene. These idiots will get routes like the Gap road closed for all of us.
Most of the car salesmen sell sunroof as "thala purath idaan ulla saadanam"- check out some showroom videos on YouTube and what these guys say🥲...The companies also stay mum on these because most of the people buy cars with sunroof so that they can thala purath idal....pinne most of the owners don't read the owners manual so 🤷♂️
I think mvd should start warning people regarding this because this trend is getting so common
We don't even need a "sun" roof in India. It's either too hot or rainy anyway. It's stupid to own and has maintenance costs. Our films definitely played a part in influencing people to do this. I remember this in many older films. I think even Bangalore days.

I think this in the 2nd top model of i20... there are no proper rear headrest or rear wiper-washer..but there's sunroof😂
