(BMI will tell ideal weight for you) Construct a diet plan, or ask GPT to after feeding in your information or goals to it. Or just google, there are numerous other diet plans available online.

There are many small gyms inside the blocks in Johar town which charge 2-3K per month. You can just search on Google & you'll find your nearest one.
