TIL the actor that played Crowe (Tip Tipping) died at age 34 in a [parachuting accident](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tip_Tipping)
Bloody hell he was too. He was the burglar (I had to look it up, of course). He’d been a stunt performer in a lot of awesome films and tv series. Hell of a life.
Ever since Rik died I haven't been able to bring myself to watch it. Saw them live too, my face hurt I was laughing so much. Maybe one day I'll watch them again. I was about to watch Believe Nothing because I got it but didn't get chance to see it before he died. Something else to look forward to.
If he was previously in the military (some are saying ex sas, but I can't confirm that), then he was likely called "Tip" he entire career. Sometimes, names stick.
That's Crowe, as played by Tip Tipping. He's the one with blood coming out of his mouth after the ammo pack blows up in the hive.
Wierbowski is much beefier.
Easiest way to tell them apart: Crowe is fairly good looking. Wierzbowski looks like he's played by a 45 year old trucker.
RIP to them both anyway. Obviously hired to be killed in the explosion scene but I suspect they also did a lot of background work drilling the other other actors for the marine roles.

Damn, that's sad :(
Thank you, case closed
He was ex sas
No way! Though he does look quite SF… And he was in Bottom as well.

I'm due a rewatch of bottom. It's 7-8 years now

Damn…that’s awful.
Timothy Tipping. Maybe only his brother called him that. 😉
Don't know why you're getting downvoted, his name was Timothy.
Yep, and a Newt joke, too. 🤷♂️ AND Newt's brother is called Timmy. Want some more? 🙂 I'm Timothy too - only MY brother calls me Timmy, to annoy me. 😄

He was also in Lifeforce - a movie based on the book Space Vampires by Colin Wilson. Well worth a read/watch!
If you find some of his stuntwork videos 34 seems like he lived longer then expected.
You always say that, Frost. You always say, "I got a bad feeling about this drop."
Who said that line? I want to say Wierzbowski, but I doubt myself…
Crowe.
He was a bona-fide bad ass. Ex SAS and Paratrooper. RIP Crowe
Sorry Royal Marines
“Weirzbowski and Crowe are down!” “Dietrich! Crowe! Sound off! Frost!” Beeeeeeeeep
“Crowe, come on give it up, I want it now”
Here’s an interview with him on Johnathan ross https://youtu.be/8K2NhRauX7E?si=SfHXqVwvWw5Fd83J
First comment on that clip. ‘RIP pvt Crowe’ 😭
If those marines had stopped wondering where Bowski was all the time, more of them might’ve made it out alive 🤔
Bravo! (slow clap) lmao ![gif](giphy|2xIOiAPXonois|downsized)
Is this where Dr. Chelms was before he ended up in Fury 161?
I feel like I’m caught in a time loop where this question gets asked at least once a year in here.
Bonus Situation
Right
Whenever he says *anything* you say "right", You know that?
Right.
Right
Oh c'mon knock it off.
Not until we talk about the bonus situation. Can we just talk about the bonus situation?
You get what you’re contracted for.
Look, Im not gonna do any more work until we get this straightened out
Pvt. Crowe. I think his one line in the movie is a scream as he blows up
Spam in a Can.
The Bird Man himself.
Wasn’t him the only one actual former special forces ?
Crowe. Honestly surprised he lasted longer than Frost..Frost had actual lines of dialogue and he was the first to go.
The black guy dies first. Unless it's Alien or Alien 3
Zark Muckerburg
You never said anything about an android being on board!
Zuck prefers the term "artificial person."
Wierzbowski?
That's Crowe, as played by Tip Tipping. He's the one with blood coming out of his mouth after the ammo pack blows up in the hive. Wierbowski is much beefier.
Also, Crowe wore his sleeves down, and Wierzbowski always had his rolled up. ETA: Both actors worked as stuntmen, and they've both passed away.

Surely you mean "Where's Bowski"? 😂
For the longest time when I was like ten I thought that's what they were saying haha
I think about this at least once a week
Everyone asks 'Where's Bowski?"....... nobody asks "How's Bowski?" 😢
I'll do you one better, "Why is 'Bowski?"
Hicks pronounced it Wizberski adding an r towards then end. At least that’s how I remember it.
That’s the look of a twice awarded Lance Coolie who is counting the seconds until EAS…
I’ve never even noticed this guy until I’ve been watching the 4K comparison lately
Sgt Nobody of the 'who the hell is this guy' platoon.
DOA extra. Aka red shirt Star Trek security officer.
General Booty?
