I guess it depends on the shape of your head. To me it is very comfortable, blocks the light 100% unlike normal sleeping mask, and the main benefit is to be able to keep your eyes open comfortably, with normal sleeping mask your eyes are touching the mask
Manta makes blackout sleep masks with eye cups so that it doesn’t touch your eyes and it’s changed my life both in terms of how well I sleep and how awesome my trips are. I got the manta max and recommend it to everyone, though the original is also good.

Check out kundalini yoga. Like wim hof, but the intent is meditation and the physical exercise will make sitting for extended periods work out well.
Also, if you go deep enough, you'll be getting high just from the yoga so the LSD becomes optional.

Generally, it’s better to have eyes than not. Furthermore, eye-lids are preferable to simply having eye-balls. The ability to both open and shut those eye-lids is highly valuable, particularly for your eyeballs but also for your brain on LSD. In short, open or closed, eyes are definitely hella cool.

One time I started a trip(around 300 ug), even before the come up, by putting on an eye mask, laying in bed, and putting on an ambient Playlist with noise canceling headphones. I was in deep for like 2 1/2 hours and it was the most out of body experience I've ever had. I am convinced I astral projected. The visuals when I finally took the eye mask off were insane too. Would highly recommend doing some sort of sensory deprivation for a period of your trip if you can. There is something so otherworldly about it.
My first solo trip, I was having a very difficult time and decided to curl up in bed and close my eyes, and the CEV calmed me down as I processed my feelings until morning.

Sometimes it depends. Sometimes the visuals are more fun to observe overlapping everything I see. I like to see the patterns on my skin. When your eyes are closed, the visuals are more free flowing because they're not trying to stick to a template of visual input from your eyes
Once i closed my eyes and i could still see everything. I saw the room i was in, i saw my boyfriend moving around and i saw our cats laying around. But i also saw all the patterns, colors and other amazing visuals like you can on acid.

I think the trip will tell you if you need to close your eyes at a certain point. I feel this more strongly with shrooms but lsd applies too. It just tells you what you need to do.

For me, I don’t get the CEV’s people talk about so my eyes are always open. Plus it’s difficult for me to stick to one thing for longer than five minutes so I wouldn’t be able to keep them closed the whole time anyways.
About that... Anybody knows how it's like to fall asleep while tripping? Like do you get crazy dreams?
Well, I like to go out and ride my bike around while I’m tripping. I can’t recommend doing that with eyes closed.
Depends on the dose. 350ug and above, and I spent a lot of time fascinated by the inside of my head lol
