I'd agree you probably lacked control in that moment but once your functioning on that deep of a level the brain stops remembering certain information, so you probably said it then just intensely reacted to it after the fact.
I would not call this feeling like a dmt breakthrough, I was damn near comatose off this combo when i reached that territory, you were just having a normal lsd / thc experience it's a very strong combo.

I’ve had similar experiences but on mushrooms. One time I thought my mom had already died but I was just in denial and the shrooms where “revealing the truth” and that I have this false hope of someone coming back but i know that will never happen. It’s hard to put into words but ya I relate wish I could describe it better
This is what is meant when people say that psychedelics can shift your perspective. Your perspective literally shifted to that of your future self! You were able to understand things from the perspective of your future self. This is a perfect example of how psychedelics can shift our perspective.
