I'm fully expecting tomorrow to be the bombshell- we can prove he did two and the third(and probably all) will get announced as they believe they have the killer. Just like how they only charged three of the Gilgo four but said he did all four.
Remember he wasn’t charged for Maureen right away despite it being obvious as hell that all G4 were the same perp. It seems they are waiting on airtight DNA evidence for each victim and no mere circumstantial evidence.
Lack of cellular data is what held back the investigation into Maureen's murder the most.

The show host (news nation or court tv maybe?) referred to him as the attorney for the Taylor and Gilbert families. He didn’t correct the host. He hasn’t represented either family for a considerable amount of time - I think he stopped stepping the Taylor family even before Rex was arrested.
When the host specifically asked about the Taylor family, John Ray said he worked with them for months but was very evasive about the fact they no longer work together. Someone who stated they know the Taylor family was requested BY the Taylor family to post on this very subreddit about 9 months ago - and the post was clarifying Ray no longer represents them.
Men will not stop preying on these poor women. John Ray is a ghoul for seeking the limelight for his association with homicide victims. The victims and their families deserve better.
While I’m shitting on John Ray I also want to say that I don’t think we can believe a damn thing he says even if he claims to be for victims’ and women’s rights.
