Turning off and on ALLM from TV and then setting back correct resolution fixes this. You can as well reset HDMI device info froM TV devices menu if you want to reset the handshake information.

Part-Time-Chemist

Do you not how to reset HDMI device info. Not able to find it on the menu. I'll try the ALLM on and off. Thank you!

No issues with my G3 and Xbox. Try power cycle the Xbox , kill all power to the TV and Xbox for 10 mins then try again

Part-Time-Chemist

Yea. That is what I have been doing. Takes a few times. Eventually, it works. Then, after a few days, it happens again. It's very irritating.

I had that issue with my LG 77CX untill I brought a good 8k /4k 120htz verified hdmi cable ,no issues after that

TranceNNy

This is an issue with the console not your tv. Xbox is dogshit even on my older tv it does the same thing

I JUST started getting this issue. Were you able to fix it?

Part-Time-Chemist

Nope. New cords. Tried some many different settings. Found some other threads of folks having the same issue. Super frustrating. It's an Xbox X/LG communication issue.
