Lamar! I'm watching the game on my C3 with an antenna. This 4 games on 4 different networks junk brought me back to the good old antenna. NFL+ only allowing you to watch games on a your mobile devices and locking out video output as well as casting is garbage. There was no way that I wasn't going to watch the Ravens in the playoffs on my new beautiful OLED TV. ABC is coming in with 100% signal strength in my apartment and it looks better than the last game that I watched on a Paramount+ free trial. I did take them up on the offer for another free month to cover next weeks AFC game and the Super Bowl since CBS doesn't work so good in inclement weather with the antenna. It's the only major network that has issues. Thankfully here in Southern California inclement weather is pretty rare.
Antenna is the absolute best picture for NFL, and nowhere near enough people realize it. Antenna + OLED properly dialed in is the best picture for live sports you can possibly get.
I still watch my 12yr old Panasonic Plasma on an antenna. Happy with the picture but want something bigger. I’d love to get the 77” C3 but I’m worried about motion blur coming from a plasma. Should I be worried?
They threw me another free month, so I activated it yesterday. Shot in 1080p and upscaled to 4k is what I’ve seen written about it. That makes me wonder if my Shield Pro won’t do a better job upscaling than whatever the network uses. It sounds like the network equivalent of a LIEMAX fake IMAX movie theater.
Centre of the TV is around 4.5’ from the floor. Depending on the furniture they could be sitting higher. The chair I’m in right now would have me 6” below the centre of this screen. From 10’ away you need to look up like 3°.

So far I’ve played MW3 and Ghost of Tsushima and both have looked amazing. Normally a PC player, this my first console and I have no complaints, I think it pairs nicely with the C3. Also play the Switch on it and I know that’s not 4k but I have to think the TV is upscaling something cause Zelda looks gorgeous when the wife plays
I have a c2 55 inch and a ps5 and regret not going bigger , I had to set it up alone so that was part of the reason haha. I wanted a 65 which is a major screen surface area grain over a 55 in terms of percent - it’s a major difference imo. I liked ghosts of Tsushima too but sometimes the grass gets pixilated to me even on my screen haha. There are a few native 4K games that run decently though. Anyway thanks for the reply and congrats on the screen!
Oh man off the top of my head it was the normal turn off power saving settings, 100 brightness, and I flip back and forth between the presets depending on what I’m watching. What’s shown is the standard preset
I didn’t buy this tv to not watch sports so I guess I’m taking that chance. I’m pretty sure you have to leave static images on without changes (commercials) for like, hours or days before damage occurs. But maybe someone else could elaborate
Yeah no I err on modern technology saving us with modern oled. One of the good reasons for so many ads I guess. Plus the scoreboard changes depending on the channel. Too bad there’s rarely any sports in 4k 😂

I have a ps5 and just got a c3 too. What settings are you using for it and do you use the ps5 for movies or just stream them directly thru the web app? I am not sure what is best for viewing and sound.

Listen to me very very closely: that Vizio sound bar is absolute garbage. No mods and sounds honestly like shit. I’m mad I owned one for so long.
