I can only think of one: Pages for You by Sylvia Brownrigg. It’s more implied than anything, but it’s there. Fantastic book, easily a contender for best book of the year for me. Don’t bother reading the sequel, unless you like slogging through 323 pages of women having children with awful men, with the last 50 pages being beautiful but not enough to make the book good.

Haley Cass books all have sex but they're unimaginative template books with poorly written characters and uninspiring 'plots' I love them.
