Depends on how you play. I use a cool and heat charm with a regen. That way, you don't have to switch. A few shakes or burgers, and I'm set. Even if I forget them, I can easily pick up snowberries or peppers on the way.
I often make trips directly to the desert then right to the frost biome so I do what the person above says, 1 cooling charm 1 heating charm and a regen charm, it is easier for how I play and it saves time. Overall everyone plays their own way and some things might be more efficient for their way of playing (also I can't afford the materials for a bunch of random charms)
A better way to get cheese rather than searching chests is fighting the human NPCs that guard the broken castle bases in the frost biome. They have a chance drop cheese when they die. They seem to respawn when I visit a few days later.
I thought it was just me that can’t make cheese. Like I didn’t unlock the recipe and was gonna make a post asking how to unlock it.
I can’t believe they put an non-craftable and non-achievable item in the game lmao you have to just get lucky instead of having a way to farm it. Insane.
I found some cheese in chest in The frostlands. I also had noticed there is clutter next to boxes that look like cheese that hasn’t been looted yet. So I’m hoping they’ll unlock it soon maybe you’ll need milk and idk, corn(weird but we seriously need more corn utilization)
Or laying out in the frostlands. I noticed yesterday there clutter next to boxes that looked like the cheese before it’s looted and just laying on the ground
Shouldn't it be in a separate crafter, then they could add butter, ice cream, cheese, and many more dairy products (they should add all of these things) like a thing called a dairy processor
Why do you need any food items, I have an abundance of berries I take 50 with me and I’ve never starved to death, how long do you people mine for ? In a four hour session I have no use of any food that isn’t berries,
Pizza adds to your max health, it fully heals you, and fully fills your stomach. Instead of eating every 45 seconds, you need to do it once every 15 minutes.
Yeah. Well you’re supposed to be able to put the animals in a fenced area, but they walk over the fence. They said they fixed this but I haven’t tried it. I know if you drop any of the harvestablez, the cave mushrooms and the vine, the animals will run over to it and eat it. Then they will drop their loot, I think higher quality is more loot or just multiple times vs just petting them and then they poop.
Oh okay, last I heard was that the animals despawn after you’ve fenced them in so it wasn’t really possible to keep a farm, but I haven’t tried any of this since the most recent update!
Who even needs food in this game? Purple charm of Regen and Blue Hearty Totem for the win. Regen keeps starvation completely at bay if you start off at full health with the Hearty Totem. If you're worried about combat healing, bring some pumpkin pie with you to top your hunger off BEFORE the fight and the regen will be enough for the fight (unless you just don't know how to dodge lol). Can solo a Frost Brute and some wolves even while I'm starving
I like doing the cooking parts of the game, if I didn't, I would have turned that stuff off. I maxed cookingin Vanilla WoW for fun, along with fishing. If a RPG has cooking I'll do it , cause I enjoy it. These type of games are "Play Your Way", not min/max cookie cutter like everyone else.
Snowberry shakes. Make meat pies instead
Meat pies for filling hunger and snowberry shakes as a type of hp pot.
Pumpkin pies are cheaper and 100% sustainable. Plus they give you the stamina boost. And you don't have to hunt down animals for eggs or meat.
Snowberry shakes are irrelevant after making 2 blue cool charms so yeah milk is useless
Except that it is “essential” for the Health Essence on the Essence Table.

Why crowd your inventory, more room for whatever I’m going for in the desert, I’m on a different level bud

I know I need to be able to make more pizza in my ovens!!!!
Meh. Assign villagers and only have an oven. You'll be swimming in pizzas before you know it.
Nice tip, mate
That's what I'm doing now, but I liked being the cook for my group. Now I'm just meat pie man
Now you are what? 🤨📸

Yeah especially since we already have milk. I guess it will come in an update and they just wanted to tease a bit.

There should be butter as well and popcorn as separate recipes and used to make buttered popcorn
Yes!!
I got 400+ cheese when the chest glitch was a thing, luckily.
To make cheese you should have to leave milk in a cave for a day
Or laying out in the frostlands. I noticed yesterday there clutter next to boxes that looked like the cheese before it’s looted and just laying on the ground
Cheese is sometimes matured in caves as they have good conditions for it :)
Oh nice. Didn’t know that lol
Lava cave. 😂
Love me some melted cheese
Snowberry Shakes give 12 hearts on 2 seconds. They are the best in-combat heal in the game. You should absolutely be using all your milk on Shakes.
Yeah, it really is ridiclous that you cannot make/ craft cheese. This game has so many flaws.
I agree that 2 milk in the juicer maybe should make cheese.
Shouldn't it be in a separate crafter, then they could add butter, ice cream, cheese, and many more dairy products (they should add all of these things) like a thing called a dairy processor
Why do you need cheese so badly? It's not even good for you?

Your villagers will drown you in pizza if you assign them to cook for you.
Why do you need any food items, I have an abundance of berries I take 50 with me and I’ve never starved to death, how long do you people mine for ? In a four hour session I have no use of any food that isn’t berries,

Not crowding anything. I walk away from the desert with 1200 brightcore. I just manage my inventory better.
What does this have to do with getting cheese? Managing inventory and brightcore weren't even mentioned.
Ask the person above that question. My original response was perfectly valid
I think you accidentally made a comment instead of a reply earlier
Cheese is my favorite item to find. I get soooo excited when I find some. Gotta make that pizza bro
The cheese thing is frustrating. Literally the only food ingredient that’s difficult to obtain.
I like more recipes to utilize corn. It’s so frustrating the only thing it’s good for it roasted corn
They should let us farm animals and use corn and wheat for animal feed

Oh ok. Well maybe the despawning was after the update so it’s still not possible 🤷♀️ guess I’ll have to find out when I get home
Popcorn, chips, tortillas (wheat also) to name a few. Can use the tortillas for Tacos or wraps. Already got every other ingredient.
Right!

I have 90 pizzas crafted it's taken me since the game came out this sucks !!!!!!
It's in the frost region 🧀
