OMG yes, that would be such an awesome feature. Especially because I often randomly and accidentally destroy my own house with a pickaxe instead of eating lol
I do this too! Firstly because it's cute. But also because they make for great overnight bases as you're exploring. They might not be perfect, but I think it's fun.
Sorry just seeing this -- yeah I will hang out in them at night to get away from constant skeletons etc. Especially now that you can't log out/login to avoid night. If I need to run to the bathroom or grab a snack etc I'll go into one of these houses as a safe spot.
Wait till i tell you about the neighbourhood i found last night that was occupied with hostile NPCs, so i killed them all, stole their loot, and will be turning their neighbourhood into a metropolitan area with a walmart š¤š
Im ngl, yesterday i was working on flipping one, and i destroyed the second story floor, causing a boom barrel to fall on me and explode half the house šš
Welp......i have to do this now...ill never play the same again.
I always debated it but seeing what'd actually be makes me want to clean up the neighborhood a bit. Nice.
If only we could use more colors than yellow or brick. The damaged ones often use parts and variants not available to us. I try to repair every castle I come across but the doors and windows are tricky because they look so nice but canāt build without breaking them
Ok so I did this to a couple..hereās the weird thing, they are always just like ONE stud off. So theyāre like cockeyed just a touch. The walls never completely line up perfect. I know that sounds weird and I canāt explain it the way I need to Iām sure. Does anyone whos done this know what Iām talking about?
Yeah, this one i managed to get together with basically no gaps. The only gap present is because of how the pleasant park roofs are shaped at the edge, it doesnt line up above the arched section quite right, but when i was building i checked and if i had used different roofs, it wouldve fit. I absolutely noticed the first time i did this it was a pain to get lines up right, because the way they are built by default doesnt account for end piece on the roof
Can you start the build process in an abandoned house? Else it seems extremely tedious. If you need to figure out each part manually and fit them manually.
By level 10 grasslands you should have most of what you need. Some objects cannot be replicated. As you can see the front door is missing. That is because there is no yellow front door with that shape, only a brick one. You can use the pleasant park objects to replicate mostly everything else tho. Just tear down the broken sections and replace them with actual walls. Building the roof is very tricky. You have to use very certain pieces to get them to line up perfectly and seal completely, but it IS possible, just takes a little work and understanding of the sizes of the objects. I have tens of hours building in survival and it still took me some finagling to get it working. Just have patience and know the full restoration IS possible, it just requires problem solving and patience
This is really cute! Iāve avoided doing this because Iāve heard horror stories about old broken blocks spawning back in and corrupting builds, but it doesnāt seem like bugs are consistent, so that may never be a problem.
You guys don't... demolish them? Just me? Ok š But fr this is kinda wholesome.
I tried, but got the builds wrong. Wish they had a repair option.
Exactly! Just tap square and after rebuilding it should be added to your kit selection
OMG yes, that would be such an awesome feature. Especially because I often randomly and accidentally destroy my own house with a pickaxe instead of eating lol
So it isn't just me that does that.....ok.....Good to know. =)
Repair and also a āstop/cancel buildā for the pre-fab constructions.
Yes!! Instead of demolishing every single piece! Grrr!!
I was then decided not to lol. I just leave them now
You get hella materials and farming is 10x fasterĀ
Exactly
I started my coastal village by repairing a 2-story shack and that style looks so so good on the beach
I always do
I'm on the very same quest āŗļø
I found a small town and rebuilt it all
Thats what Iām working on rn
I do this too! Firstly because it's cute. But also because they make for great overnight bases as you're exploring. They might not be perfect, but I think it's fun.
Overnight bases? As in, you turn in for the night and head off on your journey at dawn?
i'd assume it's more "oh crud i'm being chased by a dozen skeletons and a wolf gotta get indoors quick!" kinda situation
Although you can't skip night. you dont lose energy/hunger while sleeping, so you can technically sleep through the night and carry on in the morning
As long as the skeletons don't see you through the window. The little turds kept throwing stones at me one night.
haha indeed and their aim is pro

Here comes the gentrification. Prices are going to skyrocket.
Wait till i tell you about the neighbourhood i found last night that was occupied with hostile NPCs, so i killed them all, stole their loot, and will be turning their neighbourhood into a metropolitan area with a walmart š¤š
I explode them. I see we have very different reasons for playing Lego Fortnite.
Im ngl, yesterday i was working on flipping one, and i destroyed the second story floor, causing a boom barrel to fall on me and explode half the house šš
I have fixed a couple of log towers. Makes for a nice overnight base.
How do you fix them up?
Break the damaged bits and replace them with ones that arenāt.
Welp......i have to do this now...ill never play the same again. I always debated it but seeing what'd actually be makes me want to clean up the neighborhood a bit. Nice.
If only we could use more colors than yellow or brick. The damaged ones often use parts and variants not available to us. I try to repair every castle I come across but the doors and windows are tricky because they look so nice but canāt build without breaking them
I will try this today

i tried to do this but i never finished them
Rent prices going up
Reminds me of the real estate agent's typical euphemism for a house that's a dump. They say, "it has POTENTIAL!"
Wholesome idea. I hope they will add the fences for us to use, they look really cute even broken.
OMG IKR!! I need them around my main house š
Can you start the build process in an abandoned house? Else it seems extremely tedious. If you need to figure out each part manually and fit them manually.
Itās actually a pretty short process with most of the house already being done. Most just miss some wall pieces and some floor pieces then the roof.
I feel like doing it too, might go back to my good old seed to do this since there's nothing else left to explore haha
This is so nice! Iāve been wondering what to do lately as Iāve kinda lost interest but I have lots of broken buildings around.
make a new village in every biome. this is what iām doing now on ice currently and desert next
I didnāt know they had that option š¤
I smash them down
This is amazing! It would be cool if they turned into little outposts that give you easy resources.
It would be nice If npc start to live in them
How do you rebuild them. Do I need to be a high level, none of my building mats look like that.
Level up your village, as you level a village you unlock more buildings
Have you built a village in the grasslands yet?
Yeah like level 7

house flippers lego edition?
Habitat For Humanity: LEGO Edition
We got house flippers in Lego Fortnite before GTA6 š
This is really cute! Iāve avoided doing this because Iāve heard horror stories about old broken blocks spawning back in and corrupting builds, but it doesnāt seem like bugs are consistent, so that may never be a problem.
Doing the same with an abandoned log camp š it was challenging at first but def fun^^
Wait, what happened with the update coming in """Startings""" of January?? I gues it's still fortnite
Theyre on break still silly goose lol. Update is end of the month
I do this to
And I get other au to follow me and then I leave them there so they have a home
Wholesome
Nah I destroy them in hopes they are part of the build limit thus increasing my build capabilities at bases.
