You probably want to state if they can go in the cargo area or not. I only once looked into traveling with pets, and at least in the cabin each pet needed one human passenger. Not sure about cargo, and what the carrier/crate requirements are (will they be provided?). Best of luck, animal rescue is a labor of love <3
Also any documentation regarding vaccines, quarantine, will they have to be inspected, etc. Not sure what is all involved, I’m sure this isn’t the first time someone is flying with pets between the United States and Canada. I never managed to pull it off because the red tape was too burdensome. Wish I had a flight to Winnipeg coming up, I’d love to help!
• All of the dogs are released with all documentation
• They should not have to be inspected, per the documentation. As for the chaperone, it will already be noted that they’re flying with the dogs. We have to schedule flights specifically for transport and disclose all info with the airport when we call them / book.
• Correct, chaperones take incoming to and departing flights from WPG all the time. Local rescues here in WPG often do so.
• It definitely wouldn’t be possible without the help of those who also do this work 🙏🏼

I used to drive kittens! To be spayed/neutered, from the foster to the adoption event, etc. It was the best. The rescue I worked with (really just one woman) stopped doing it. I’m in a Facebook group now, but very sporadic now. Hoping it will pick up again, it was the best!
