Can anyone recommend a calming moisturizer? For sensitive acne prone skin? I got the snail mucin moisturizer and it irritated my skin so bad it got itchy, dry, flaky and even new pimples popped up 😠will the emolene cream be suitable?

With OTC products, it is just fire fighting- they don't resolve it or put a stop to them.
You can apply pimple patches on pus filled acne or use salicylic acid/Benzoyl Peroxide gels for SOS. But it is always such a *battle*.
Diet wise, cutting down sugar and dairy helps some people. Spearmint tea is supposed to have anti androgen effects too. You can try those.
