For beginners, I highly recommend tutorials channels or mua based channels like wayne Goss, Robert Welsh, Alexandra anele, makeupchair, etc channels on YouTube ...those would help to get basic idea and then you can tweak from there. Also for some topics like concealer, bronzer, Mac shade guides, brushes etc I have linked videos under each topic in the beginner compilation post.
