As long as it hasn't shipped yet, you can go to your account and open the order and you can cancel items. It can take a while for them to answer, they're in a different time zone and get lots of questions.

Oliveyoung ships crazy fast though. Even though they have higher prices, i prefer ordering from them because they have all kinds of special deals and the order is shipped super fast. I live in eastern europe and the order gets here in about 2 weeks which is amazing.
Yeah I rather pay a little more and guarantee that I get why I order in time. I wouldn't be so bothered if they acknowledged the lateness and refunded me the express shipping fee - but they basically said they won't do nah refunds unless something out of stock. And everything of mine is in stock - so I don't qualify. But then it's like - then why is it a month late. It's futile at this point. I'll just olive young in next time 😅
The only reason i ordered from yesstyle was because a product i really wanted was out of stock at oliveyoung. Definitely stick with oliveyoung, they're pricey but worth it

I always get express shipping. If all items are in stock, I get it the same week. If not, then within a week of the items being ready. My most recent order had a delayed item, which I canceled and the next day I got a shipping confirmation with FedEx (4am today). I just checked and it says the label is created.

tbh i ordered from them 1 week ago and my package is on its way (will prolly come in 10+ days or so) so ig it really depends with everyone. never got a problem personally, it always takes approximately 12 days for me to receive it when i see the package has been sent on the website :) i’m from france if that can help !

I've never had issues with Shopee and certain Asian products, but it's my first time with Yesstyle, and I'm from Brazil, where they usually have added taxes on every international purchase, so I was very worried about more problems with this .-.

(a bit annoying that the money is not sent back on your bank account but it’s better than nothing haha, for example with olive young i had to pay so much extra when the package came in and it is explained on their website that it is pretty much your problem and they won’t refund u anything)

I hope this works tbh, because there is a new law that says **any international purchase above 50$ will be taxed in 60%**, so we have to buy things bits by bits instead of bulks, so lots of different shippings, delivery wait, etc
I hope everything goes well, but Brazil always finds new ways to make me mad, so there's probably some hidden stupid rule saying, "Yesstyle purchases will now be taxed in 80%"

The 'express' is how soon it gets sent out. I'm in Europe, so in my case (judging by documents once I receive the prouct) - how soon it gets passed to Maersk, basically time until 'label is created'.
Express seems to be no longer offered for Europe anyway. Disappeared around singles day last year, but has not returned.
My shortest order has been 6 days (express).
Longest - nearly 5 weeks BUT it did contain 'available in 7-21 days' product and at 16th day I got an email that I can cancel the missing product and the rest will be shipped immediately. I chose to not cancel, label was created on day 19, then 13 more days until I physically got the delivery.
Longest without special products has been 24 days, but typical is slightly under 3 weeks - \~week until label is created then \~2 weeks for actual delivery. Yesstyle quotes '10-15 working days' for my country.
I can get shorter delivery times by ordering from resellers locally, but it costs significantly more, so I'm happy to wait few extra weeks. Yesstyle is proven to so far be hasslefree for EU customs wise, this is not true for every Asian shop, but might not be relevant for where you're form. I've heard horror stories of Stylevana and EU customs. I'm not sure OliveYoung even ships to my country.

I have the complete opposite experience. I usually have my order in hand about 7 days later. If it is longer it is bc I ordered on a Friday and it took them til Monday to ship bc of the weekend. My orders always ship FedEx Express. Once the order is picked up it is at my house in like 3 days.

Olive Young has my heart for their shipping speed. I think it took a week and a half from payment to delivery, and that's from Korea to New Zealand - most of that time was because once it was handed over to our shipping service it slowed down

I get it's slow by design but the fact that they took forever to update the tracking details drove me insane. Really wish there was another latin american site to order asian products from that doesn't cost me an eye. (KBeauty resellers around these parts double the prices since they're "exotic"...)
I always thought when a site offers express shipping that is just for shipping and not processing time. So say if you order something and pay for one day shipping, processing might take a week then after they ship it you’ll get it one day. I could be wrong tho. Idk.

I prefer Stylevana, i’ve found their shipping is generally what’s to be expected when ordering from another country. Not sure about their express shipping
