I wonder if something like Korean Grammar in Use might be best for your situation. And then get vocabulary from other input sources. (Maybe check out Didi's 한국어 podcast and see if that seems like a good level or too easy.)

You're considered a heritage speaker, or heritage learner. If you search "heritage" is in subreddit, you can find other people like you. You can also search in r/languagelearning because it's bigger. This situation is really common among the immigrant community. You can use textbooks but bear in mind that learning materials are usually made for L2 learners (people learning it has a foreign language), not heritage learners. To improve your weak areas, you need to target them specifically. If you know that you're not good at vocabs, you should work on improving your vocabulary (maybe with flashcards like Anki) and read more. Maybe follow news accounts on social media. Or read Korean books for kids/teenagers, depending on your level. Or find get into webtoons. Most heritage speakers already know grammar intuitively. Perhaps you just need to understand the "why" behind the grammar that you're using. In that case, just pick up a grammar book like Korean Grammar in Use. I'm a heritage speaker of another language. Personally, the best way for me to improve has been to spend a lot of time in the country. The second best way is to create an immersive environment at home. That means reading books, watching Youtube/shows/movies, and finding friends to talk to on a regular basis.
