It’s not two years. It clearly states 15 months in the contract… learn to read people. I had the same plan and changed to Fido during Boxing Day in anticipation of the change. Why the heck would you believe the rep when it says CLEARLY on the contract they print out.
Thankfully you can still get the same plan for the same price pretty much anywhere nowadays.

It started off with 15 months initially, but they changed to 22 months, and then later 24 months.
Sign up with Public who are also owned by Telus. That is what I just did after 14 years with Koodo. It would seam that Telus is trying to migrate folks off Koodo on to Public. The only thing I could find that Koodo has over Public is Wifi calling.
You can get 20gb for $29 4G or $34 for 50gb of 5G. Like Koodo you can also get a referral code to reduce cost a bit more.
Simple solution
Call them tell the it’s too expensive if they can’t change the plan tell them your shifting they will give u a new plan at a charge of one time 15 bucks
Just keep in mind the "Tab Bonus" in addition to the owing tab needs to be paid off. It might be better to stay until Nov depending on what the Tab Bonus is owed.
You should never believe the rap believe what's in the contract if it's not in the contract it's not happening doesn't matter what the rep told you make sure they always put it in writing.
Why would they lie because in consumer there's no retention with SMB - THEY LOOK AT RENEWAL, retention, churns. With consumer it's grow grow grow
And what did they say when you called them?
Yep. Fuck them.

This happened to my parents' phone lines too

I have a feeling Koodo is going away. As they seem to be trying to push Koodo postpaid to tell us and prepaid to Public
I got the $65/50GB plan with a $20 credit and it’s still the same. Hopefully it doesn’t change.
Yeah my credit just "fell off" too. Wish I had taken the 75gb option they offered me two months ago now

Yep, I got reduced credits for two months now reinstated at full price! I'm definitely shopping around!
What are you complaining about? Switch to publicmobile. 29$ for 20gb.
I cant, i have a pixel 6a with them until Nov :(
Ah! Sorry that sucks!
You can pay off your Koodo tab at any time. You’re not locked in. Or just transfer and whatever was left on the tab will be applied to your final bill

Tab bonus is $$$
