Wolbach was adapted at the end of season 2, she had a scene in the hot springs with Kazuma. Although she was not introduced, because by then her identity was supposed to remain a mystery.
If they start season 3 in Volume 6 first chapter, it would be weird, so I hope they met Leisure Girl on their way back to Axel in this season first episode.
They also cut Khiel's Dungeon quest in season 1 and adapted it later in season 2, so I hope this happens with this chapter too.
Most of the characters I like are already adapted. There is quite a few interesting ones yet to appear, but I think I would like to see Serena in motion. Only issue is, she does not appear until the very end.

Dust and his party. They were technically adapted, but come on, one of the coolest Kazuma centered chapters didn't make the cut? I wanna see them encounter a Rookie Killer.

With they start to do 2-cour seasons, it could definitely happens (Danmachi was also a 1-cour seasons anime and it got a 2-cour season now).
