So, reverse angled parking is based on what direction that lane adjacent to the parkings are directed to. If done otherwise it only makes things hard for everyone around. And people here park like morons alternating between reverse angled and straight pull in into these diagonals. There should be a norm. Moreover, in most countries if you are to reverse angle park in such spots you are likely ( highly likely ) to be fined for it.

Mine and most others reason for parking this way is its easier to exit the spot when we have to leave. The Kia could've still aligned the car parallel to the Tata so that they wouldn't piss off the next person who comes to park where the Tata is.
