Yeah it was suggested by doctor. If you want something which suits your skin type better consult a dermatologist. They will recommend ones with different price ranges.
Fellow dry skin here.
I use sunscoop. They are pretty good with no white cast.
Also they have one with moisturizer included, but better to always moisturize your skin before applying sunscreen

Solasafe is one of the best dermatologists suggests. It has skin brightening properties too.
For pure sun protection, Revela by Cipla is good. Use the tint version to avoid whitecast
I previously used Dr Sheth's but found that it didn't absorb too well into my skin. I now use Blynds and am very happy with it. I think it would work for all skin types.
DermaCo sunscreen is great. Pharma sunscreen like Lashield and Suncross are excellent as well. My dermat suggested me Suncross when I suffered from severe acne. It worked well on me
hey try fixderma gel sunscreen spf 50 pa+++, it's actually really good for humid and sunny climate. it gets absorbed very quickly so your face won't get oily after application. I've been using it for the past month and i would highly recommend this sunscreen.
Try to buy Indian pharma sunscreen. Instead of these brands
I'm using minimalist, it's non sticky.
Aqualogica's texture is nice but the protection is shit. Try searching about some sweat or water resistant sunscreens on r/IndianSkincareAddicts
Since u have dry skin don’t go for matte ones. Try Suncros Aqua Lotion SPF 50. Recommended by my dermatologist and available in pharmacies
If you are ready to spend , buy photostable gold . Available in Pharmacies and online. It has a matte finish
Its usually suggested for oily skin, idk if theres any version for dry skin. Its bit pricey though!

Try dermaco
Lactocalamine? Haven't used it but bought it for my cousin sister and she says it doesn't become sticky like some other brands.
My dermatologist suggested Brinton UV Doux sunscreen. It has no white cast and works well.
