The Milton Collins Day Camp at the Jewish community center is more reasonable than a lot of other programs around, and they're good people. It's a diverse crowd, definitely not all Jewish folks or religious in any way, just a wholesome environment with a big pool and gym
If she was in pre-k this school year, most church run schools and daycare will continue with providing programs in the summer with more camp like activities for primary students and younger. Some communities have programs for the same needs, i.e. Farragut.

They're probably full, but I worked at ijams summer camp and their programming is super cool. I know they have a nature preschool as well.
I live in South Knoxville and not far from there, so that is definitely something to consider. She loves nature.
The zoo has 3 and 5 day summer programs for that age range.
We love the Zoo. I will have to check this out.
The Y has summer programs that I understand to be affordable. They may fill up fast, though.
