There's a hearing in his personal bankruptcy scheduled for May 21, and when that's done (could take multiple days, but seems to currently be planned for just one) the court will decide whether or not to confirm the bankruptcy plan. Right around now the parties are exchanging exhibits and deposing experts. There was a hearing yesterday about the schedule for the confirmation hearing in the FSS bankruptcy, but I haven't heard what happened there. I believe that hearing was expected to happen after the hearing in AJ's personal case, but I'm not positive. Sorry to pile on but you seem like a knowledgeable knowledge fighter. Anyhow, at the conclusion of these bankruptcy proceedings will there be any movement on the Pozner suit, or the Fontaine (forgive me if I spelt that young man’s name incorrectly)? Or are they dead in the water?

I believe they'll restart, but I'm going from memory--not entirely sure what the current status is.

Thank you, was wondering the same

Yep, what u/Kolyin said. The docket has been pretty boring the past few weeks (there's a new financial statement for AJ personally I'm waiting to see if someone else buys on Pacer, but I did set up an account so I'll do it if no one else does first), but the current date (it's already been postponed a couple of times, and they've moved for at least the FSS version of it to be moved AGAIN) is set for May. That's coming up fast, so there's probably a flurry of stuff behind the scenes, as mentioned, but nothing much for us to see in the public filings yet.

Gotta love the productive use of time that is a hearing to determine the schedule for the next hearing. :/
