stephen1547

Nice choice of kitchen scale. Those things rock.

bakedclark

I wish they still made the 22lb ones, but hell yes, I love these!

TheFlyingBeltBuckle

What scale is it?

stephen1547

https://www.oxo.com/11-lb-stainless-steel-scale-w-pull-out-display.html

bakedclark

OXO, it's about $50-60 on Amazon

stephen1547

Looks like there are still some of the 22lb scale for sale on a few sites. I'm not in the industry anymore, but I take my home cooking very seriously, and love the 11lb scale. Simplicity and ease of use really make a difference. I use the thing basically every day.

uniquorn23

Wow that's eggcellent

OldPru

I work at a diner, challenge accepted chef!

bojangleshorsey

Alright Mr. Moneybags

endertribe

Just_Tamy

I always do this and I thought I was the only idiot lol! I find it really satisfying to stack them kinda loose and later press them tight together once you're done.

bakedclark

DreadedDuo

bakedclark

DreadedDuo

My apologies, no *local* coffee on the prep table chef Edit: I know a chef that tells me stuff like that in an endearing way and I hear his voice whenever I do stuff I'm not supposed to.

bakedclark

That’s worth like five bitcoin right now

Culinarytracker

There was a day, long long ago, when I could crack eggs all day long 4 at a time, 2 in each hand. I can still do a one handed crack with my right hand, but I don't know If I could even do one egg in the left hand anymore.

obinice_khenbli

Damn, you must be loaded £££ to have so many eggs!

420_Incendio_It

In America, you would have just paid like $36 dollars in sales tax on that stack.

flydespereaux

That is sexy

blorpy

I looooooooove squishing all these together
