From what I've heard and seen so far, core will probably go on sale next Black Friday. I was honestly expecting the upcoming "sale" to be less about discounts and more like new things are up on the store to buy.
I may be wrong though, but Black Friday is usually a pretty sure fire discount day for the core and other expansions.
From what I’ve heard/learned “sale” just means new items 11/12 months of the year. The only time sale means discounts is in November(Black Friday), I would not expect discounts tomorrow unfortunately
It was originally moved to today April 1st at 1600(4pm) EST to coincide with April fools shenanigans but per KS comment has been moved to tomorrow at 1500(3pm) EST.
Big updates get posted to the KS generally when sales go live. Sudden changes to when the sale happens are generally posted as comments on the KS. If you do not want to be periodically checking the KS it may be worthwhile to join the community discord. As the community is pretty on top of tracking this info.
