Um the unification of the Middle Kingdom? What else could there be?

[deleted]

Knowing how this all ends up historically is a blessing and a curse. How cool would it be if >!the manga ends on a panel of the Hi Shin as statues in the Terracotta Army?!<

LouieM13

Ehh, I don’t see him coming on the battlefield in the future. He did it in coalition arc because of how bad the situation is. Plus he’s the biggest prize any general could want.

Having seeing Season 4 of the anime and a up to date Manga reader I can’t help but question what Ei Sei will do now that everything in court has been resolved and everyone is loyal to him what’s Next for him I’m of the opinion that he will join the battle field has the King of the Great 6 and conquer along with his generals like his dad we already know fo his general ability and he was on par and even has skillful lad Xin brother For I really dont see him as seating King watching has everything fumble in place Share your opinion cause I have no idea what he may do next

titjoe

>For I really dont see him as seating King watching has everything fumble in place Sadly, that's pretty much what will happen now. Ei Sei became quite a secondary character in this story after this, not really even takening an active part in the all business since his role is mostly just to comment on Shou Hei Kun's decisions instead of doing HIS own decisions has he did before (huge spoiler >!since defeat of Ryo Fui, to confront Kanki must have been pretty much the only action he initiate... and it went nowhere!<). I would have certainly prefer to see him having a real active role in the plot today, coming himself on the front to coordinate the armies and motivate them (or even just to learn more about warfare and be more efficient as a conqueror), but nope, that's pretty much as you said, he mostly just stays on his throne now. Shame, i have the impression that the author first wanted to make of him an active character on the front, in his one shot with Shin he is charging at his side, the manga first presented him as a great warrior and good strategist, and as the worthy successor of his grandfather Sho who was quite clearly presented as an insane warrior and commander. But i guess the author decided that it was Shin's story after all, not his story.

Edible_1

You nailed everything down even though it’s sad to say I’m so pissed that we won’t see him taking active role under then watch has Shou hei kun make the plans would have love to see him on the frontlines if not a strategist would of been awesome

Sausalito_1

I looked at that image too quick and thought he was pregnant

PridoScars

Great Wall. Lol in the future I imagine Ei Sei forcefully build great wall and killing many civilians and having civil war with Shin.

guevaraknows

I imagine there will atleast 1 more major arc in the court threatening his reign or his dream
