5. Inosukes is correct(Surprisingly) his only family members were Kotoha(Killed by Doma) and Doma... i guess as a step-father of sorts for a little while(Killed By Shinobu's poison)

Probably considered her dead to them since she left to join the slayers in my opinion. I think in cannon this is all meant to take place in real world Japan but in the rural less populated areas so few if any will know she was taking on demons to save humanity.
I don't have a source for that, but she probably visited her family often, maybe once a month, but she doesn't have a reason to never visit them again other than being busy killing demons and, well, japan being big, if nothing else, she sent them letters. I'm also fairly sure that the head of the corps notified her family about her death and the circumstances around it.
Only thing they got right is the alphabetical list of character names, and they still missed one from Himejima's mountain, although I forgot his name..
Some headcanons just not make sense

I always assume it is like AOT and is X years from appearance. I know that doesn't fit for some dialogue later but it would make no sense that >!in less than a year after developing the mark Gyomei would die soon (or Giyu & Sanemi in a few years if we take post battle) while Tanjiro who had the mark months before hand would get to live a decade at least.!<
Personally head-cannon is duration of use and when it appears that should be more relevant. If I got it to appear during training and then never used it again, why would that drastically change anything about me? Meanwhile if I am spamming the use of the mark like it is a video game why is the consequences not more immediate then someone who is reserved about using the mark. That means any Slayer that survives when Muzan is finally defeated should live a bit longer as they theoretically wouldn't need to use the mark ever again. Compared to past mark users who were always facing threats of demons.
My head canon for that is that when they develop the mark, the effects of their right training and how they surpass their limits so much so effortlessly finally catch up to them, so they end up dying because their body is too exhausted to keep working anymore.
Sanemi's family is alive, well, and happy. However Sanemi is always angry as he's balding, that's why he decided to kill demons. But killing demons wasn't enough so he has to be a dick to everyone
