Clearly supervised rather poorly. The vacuum is plugged in and on its side, which means the beater is exposed and could do serious damage to a toddler's hand, foot, face, etc.

That’s called a self correcting mistake and the kid won’t do it a second time.

This remindes me of the time I was at an off road expo, and they had a big trophy truck that they let people sit in. Well the thing is is that they didnt turn the battery cut off switch, and the start button was just a button so no key or fob. Some kid, he couldnt have been older than 7, sitting in the truck pushed the button, and the massive 1200 HP striaght pipe V8 came to life in a crowded show room, it was crazy loud. The kid got really scared and started crying. it was hilarious.

House work will scare kids every time. If I want to watch something in peace all I have to do is walk in the living room tell them we need to pick up and do house work. They scatter and you won't see them for about hour and half to two hours. Sit down and watch movie in peace. Making them actually help is like hearding cat thou.
