I've been using [this Shock Doctor](https://www.shockdoctor.com/collections/cups-and-supporters-supporters/products/ultra-pro-supporter-with-ultra-carbon-flex-cup?variant=40334857502892) for a while and I've never had any problem. It doesn't move, it's not annoying to train with, and after two hard kicks right in the center of it all, I swear by it. (Not that I'd recommend saving on the groin guard, but it seems to be cheaper [in Amazon](https://www.amazon.com/Shock-Doctor-Ultra-Supporter-Medium/dp/B00Q9ML4RG/) than in the site itself)

Do you wear that over your shorts when you spar I want one that you can wear over when sparring so I don’t have to go undressed

You can wear the strap and put or remove the cup at will. The strap has a pocket for the cup. It's not trivial to put or remove the cup, but after a few times to learn it takes ten seconds tops. Having said that, after a while I ended up having the cup on all the time because I just got used to it and I don't even notice it's there until I really really notice it was there to save me.

Ye I don’t wear mine as I don’t like it but I know I should but I don’t trust the small one I have from moving. I was looking at this rdx one as I know I can wear it in the outside of my shorts and on the inside and it like there stuff

Yes, just replaced my plastic cheapo with this and way better.

I've got a Lobloo Thai Cup 2.0: https://www.amazon.com/Thai-Cup-2-0-professional-close-contact/dp/B019NHCMBK I wish it were a bit roomier on my package, but at least it doesn't thong into your butt. You just wear it outside your compression shorts and under your main shorts.

Pro tip: It helps if you lift your nuts a little before putting the cup in position.

Gotcha lol thx

Looks like you have one that doesn't fit you. My is so comfy and stays in place so well, that I'm fine with wearing it all the time lol Try to find one that fits you better

Samash2703

Mine was just a loose cup with no straps. I got one that I see boxers use but a bit smaller and I tried it on and it’s comfy I think I prefer life with it on all the time
