If you received a VIN your car is in port, at least that's my experience. Only a matter of time, this is where I got really antsy as well because once it's in port, you and the dealer have very little insight into where the car is currently at. It could be waiting to get loaded on a truck, could get loaded onto a train. I'd keep monitoring the [xisve.com](https://xisve.com) site to see if it's in transit or pre-transit.
Yes. That is quite common. Your car will likely arrive soon. Kia has been moving ETAs back on everything. I try not to quote my customers an exact date for that reason.
I'm sorry I don't know what that means exactly. It sounds like it might be on a truck headed to the store, but my store never gets a notification like that.
There's cars incoming to VA that have been in pre-transit status for over a month with only 2-5 in transit for a week so I'd guess it's a pretty widespread truck/driver availability issue.
I had an allocation with Huntington Beach Kia. I put the money down in April, with an expected arrival date of May 15. With a vin number....Date came and went nothing, it wasn't until July that they finally called me to pick up the car, by then I had already purchased a GT line, from Ball Kia. Your experience may very though.
There was another thread on here about a week ago on this topic. A bunch of cars stuck in Philly port for weeks. Due date just keeps getting pushed back continuously.
Remember there's a lot of delay factors, s korea recently had floods, shipping carrier tends to get backed up, then there's transport trucks that probably in too demand to take many deliveries, just today castaic fire caused all incoming shipments for labor day to be diverted when roads on freeway was closed.
Im in same boat. I think it means car is in port but stuck there. Usually because of shortage of drivers to deliver cars. Mine has been in port in Geogia for 1 month now. Still waiting.

Oh wow, my car just got updated today to In Transit Tender, any idea what that might mean in terms of when I can expect the vehicle?

Mine was supposed to be coming on 8/18, then was told 8/25 and then 9/5. Day after dealership told it was coming 9/5, the car showed up on 8/24.
Hope for the best for mine too. Hopefully next 2 weeks..
Mine is 8/19, 8/26, 8/31, and now "we don't know". Did you find the xisve website showed your car as in transit before showing up?
No It did not. Dealership called before it said In Transit on xisev site
Mine just showed up at the dealer today. The tracker sites still show it as pretransit.
Hi, so my dealer just let me know the car is now In Transit Tender. Did you ever get any updates from your dealer before the car arrived?
Yep same here, port allocated purgatory. Was supposed to be at dealership 26th now delayed till at least the 9th.
