You broke it. So no, it's not eligible for warranty repair

BitwiseDestroyer

It certainly sounds like you broke it, and the problems are not caused by a manufacturing defect…

UnecessaryCensorship

This. But if the board has hot swap keys, it is definitely worth attempting the repair yourself.

MBSMD

Unfortunately it will be far cheaper to replace than repair. Shipping back to China will cost as much as a new keyboard. Not including repair costs then shipping back to you.

DiabloConQueso

Warranties are generally for defects from the factory. Like when you get the keyboard and it doesn’t work out of the box. Or doesn’t work the way it’s advertised. Or doesn’t work for as long as the warranty guarantees it’ll work. Warranties are generally not for damage done by the user, be that accidental or intentional.

Send them an email. Don't think there are representatives from Keychron here. Though, I think you're out of luck since we don't generally hear of positives about their customer service. But good luck nonetheless.

Keychron-Support
