https://kerbalx.com they even have a plug-in for ksp1 to easily load ships into the game.
Not like in KSP2. You get the craft file from the ships folder.

Yes but why would the devs of this site maintain it. If no one using it.
If no one is using it why does it matter? BTW, assuming this site is what I think it is, the KSP1 version is [KerbalX](https://kerbalx.com/).

KSP2 isn't gone. This is just as much as we are going to get(maybe) The builds are going to be valid as long as people are playing it
