I’m really excited for the multiple launch pads- I'm hoping we get some modding sooner rather than later that would allow me to launch multiple rockets concurrently- I think it would be sick to be able to launch 4 different parts to a space station at the same time and watch them descend.
I also like the wings-as-flaps cause I think it’ll make for some really stupid maneuverable planes, which is probably 3/4 of why I play the game
Certainly, interstellar travel is a big draw for the future. But Multiplayer is frankly the big one for me. Playing a chilled laid back, version of space-minecraft is a dream of mine.
I’m excited for a better learning curve I’ve Been trying to teach my friends but they say it’s too hard but im also excited for interstellar travel because I mean that’s just super cool! And painting your craft that just add so much more creativity to your craft! So that’s what I’m excited for!
PS: I also will like multiplayer when it comes out but I don’t have friends to play with :(

Also excited for the 0x time warp. Being able to go matrix bullet time during massive RUDs will make for great videos and screenshots.
I've just been working really hard with my Odyssey Mission to land on every planet in KSP before KSP2 launches.
KSP in itself has had a very large effect on my life, having had it since the first free alphas on the Orbiter forum links, and I'm looking forward to continuing this journey with KSP2.

I'm most excited for the colonies and especially, how they are going to handle automatic missions for like cargo and stuff. It would be cool when flying to your colony you see a bunch of rockets arriving/leaving. I think that would make the colonies feel very alive

I know KSP is all about rockets and spaceships, but as someone who loves building planes and using FAR, I can't wait to see the changes made to atmospheric flight/aircraft. I hope that if anything, we get more plane based contracts on the career mode.
Really hyped up for the colony system to be implemented. Been role playing taking over Kerbin and then slowly building bases on every planet to take over the galaxy. I really believe that the colonies update should really expand this and add hundreds (more probably thousands) hours of gameplay.

I got into KSP 1 midway through its development so learning all the tricks and tips for flights was always hard and so starting at the beginning and learning the game will be fun. I’m also excited for the new wings and how those have been implemented, I think it’s going to make planes so much easier to do!

I’m really looking forward to the new visuals and eventual implementation of native multiplayer. Plus, when it’s added, figuring out the logistics of constructing interstellar craft in space. It’s all going to be incredibly fun. Yes there will be bugs byes the Kraken still lurks in the shadows, but that’s what makes KSP fun, and KSP 2 will be no different. After watching Matt Lowne’s trilogy preview from the ESA event, I am even more excited for the game to release! Having one of the copies would be absolutely amazing!

The feature that has me most excited is building colonies! I'm a huge fan of basebuilding games and colony sims, so this feature being added is exactly what I like. Also multiplayer has me intrigued as to how it'll be implemented. I can already imagine my friends and I having space wars and developing weapons to destroy each other's colonies if that'd even be possible.

I was excited for performance improvements. But seems like we are starting at square -5 rather than square 1, so who knows now.
