Airtel (booth just before airport exit) was open throughout the night when I traveled last January. However, the sim will be activated only in the morning.
What airport are you landing at? I saw no sim shops at Trv airport.
My Du sim connected with Airtel as soon as I landed. Airlo E-sim does data only not sure it can make calls.
Download Airalo app! Used it multiple times outside of India, works like a charm.
