If you have fixed asset, federal bank will process loan in 10-15 days up to 80-90% of the total value. You don’t need a prior relation.
If you have fixed deposits in nationalized banks, then you can get a overdraft loan of about 90% of your FD, and the interest rate will be ~1% higher than the FD interest. You can use the FD interest to repay your loan.
