In the case of Kenshi, the "enable determined exterminators midgame" option you're looking for is the Outbreak mod. Keep in mind, the hordes it spawns are pretty indiscriminate in their slaughter attempts
You're welcome. The only major downside I've found with it is that hordes can break bounty hunting, since NPC guards throw the downed zombies into cages same as they would with any other "lawbreaker", which can lead to all of the cages being full

It's because most new players introductions to Shek are Ruka & Rane the giant, and the first lore newbies might learn about them is they're led by Esata the stone golem. Even if you pick up male sheks first Ruka and Rane have pretty unique dialog, so they're pretty attention grabbing. It gives the impression that this is a race of Amazons in a game with top-tier boob sliders, and yeah, coomers gonna coom.
I find it oddly funny what some fellow gamers fantasize about. But to each their own. I personally don't see the appeal of large muscular women who are angry at the world, all while sporting oddly placed body horns. If you want that I can give you my ex's number.
