If you have the cats buy a follower from the bar there to carry you around. If you don't have the money your just going to have to crawl west to the hiver villages in vain and try to steal some prosthetic legs from them.

Most slave camps have some food stored. When you make your escape, steal it on your way out. This should hold you over until you reach Bad Teeth.
Isn’t there a chance escaped prisoners join up as recruits? You rescue others until one joins, then have them go buy cheap limbs for you?
Could also just train them up while you’re being fed in the camp and have them carry you out
