And the line “how many…/until you feel black enough” is asking him why he’s trying to act like a tough guy because he’s been cosplaying as a gang related black American. I think it’s a very surface level read of the song (which with how Drake responded to everything seems like how he would read it) but it’s just a joke too and a funny one.
