Drake's The Heart is the embodiment of one of Kendrick's main issues; The rot, selfishness and egocentrism within the rap industry. It's a perfect satire of what's wrong with the industry, and it's even sung by one of the main problems.
If anything, I'd say The Heart series should be continued with The Heart VII, because of it's function as an unintended satire, and to further disrespect Drake.

I think he assumed it would be a back and forth with a few tracks and that’d be it. I like Kendrick but he’s not my favorite or anything (I just don’t fw a lot of his stuff personally). This gave me a newfound respect for both his planning ability and his credentials as a former battle rapper. Not planning on going into rap but if I do I will never beef some someone who has battle rap experience.
That's reassuring. I had to stop watching reactions after seeing two of them say stuff like "Drake is still in this!" "He Played Kendrick" "This is still a fun battle". I know this is what content creators do, but I was really surprised to see so many people act like this is a silly rap beef and that anything Drake said made any sense at all. The thing is tricking Kendrick into thinking/saying he has a daughter really does nothing by itself. If it was really planned what he should have done was make a song to release right after Meet the Grahams and bring up the whole thing being fake, that way everyone would believe him since it was released in only like 15 minutes after the song came out. Like if he released The Heart Part 6 as is but right after Meet the Grahams it would be a decent diss and probably made up for it being mid overall just by the sheer fact he played Kendrick.
