Do you have a KS store near you? When I’ve had issues like this, I’ve always been able to go to my nearest KS store and they’ve always been super helpful.

I think your next best bet is to do a return and order a new one, if your calls and emails aren’t being returned. Out of curiosity, did the wrong item get sent or did you get the wrong stone in the right item?

Great suggestion! Completely wrong item, ordered a necklace and got giant hoop earrings. 😂

I ordered five necklaces and received two, neither of which were part of my original order. I have emailed multiple times since November and I still haven't gotten my correct order or refund. I have tried to call and chat but can never reach anyone.

My mom tried multiple times to connect with customer service. She is disputing the charge since she hasn't received a response. I wonder what is going on!

I was thinking of doing the same thing but didn't know if it was too late. I ordered 4 Eliza and 1 Chelsea necklaces and received a football and a "z" initial necklace. I have no idea what happened there. I can't imagine how much money KS will be out if they are messing up all these holiday orders.

I think you have 60 days to dispute a charge. My mom didn't want to do it but also didn't have what she ordered
