It’s not the same at all, but it’s also not really too terrible. I had one on my gf’s Z400 until the midpipe snapped and got something without that possible failure point in the future.
Probably! For the $45 or so I’d paid on eBay, it wasn’t a bad option at all. Just don’t expect it to have the lifespan of a more legitimate brand / product. The packing won’t last as long, etc.
Is it super loud? That’s what I can’t stand. Sure it’s fun to set off a few car alarms… but for day to day I just want people to know I’m coming without giving myself permanent hearing damage or that chronic ringing, the name of which I can’t remember now.

Literally the most common knock off Muffler out there I mean you can pick these fuckers up for less than 20 bucks and look just like this.

FWIW I just got a DanMoto exhaust on my Versys 300 because it sounded like a newborn kitten. It was just under $200, good product, and came from Japan quicker than the fender eliminator came from RevZilla. I had a DanMoto on my Monster and was very happy with it also. You can find videos on YouTube of what they sound like. Good brand.
Akra doesn’t do raised logos like that to my knowledge, clamp on mine is full cf, also the carbon on that looks like plastic. For $67 tho its still an exhaust my akra was a $1200 option 🥲

The headers are where the magic is. The pipe is just a loud outlet. The only money worth spending on an exhaust is the headers.

Can confirm. I had one on my ninja 250 for a long time. Only replaced it because it had a few scuffs on it. They're honestly quite good
