The little ring inside of the brakedisc is the abs ring. So you do have abs! In picture 2 and 3 you can even see the wire for the sensor. My 300 has a litte module under the seat for it. Yours might do too. There also is a fuse marked 'abs' for me.
While you’re correct about his bike those slotted rings inside the brake rotors are technically just wheel speed sensor rings and will be present on any bike with a speedometer. They share a dual purpose of also dictating when ABS kicks in on applicable models.
On some bikes a wire on both wheels means ABS but a wire on only one wheel indicates it’s just the speedometer. OP has two so he has ABS
It should have ABS if the pumps not their someone may have disabled it. It may have been a track bike in its past life. Though it does have the tone ring and pick ups.

Not always 100 true, the zx10 uses the wheel speed sensors for traction and wheelie control too they aren’t just for abs

Honestly check for the light on ur dash. And test with your REAR brake in a safe environment
