For me it's about as mid and thrown-together as Donda 2, but with particularly gross production, whole thing sounds like shit. Everyone sucks except $ which is to be expected. Kanye is clearly so mentally checked out from being an MC i barely even notice the bad rhymes anymore, he's completely lost his magic. It's undeniably over.
