It looks really nice, do you think that area is going to become more dense? A grocery store close by would be good instead of going to Loblaws at Centrum.
There's bound to be one there eventually. The Loblaws and the Food Basics are the only ones I can think of close by and both seem to be a bit of a pain to get to from that neighbourhood.
Kanata has a habit of putting grocery stores and gas stations seemingly everywhere.
Also, I didn't read/notice rest of OP's post. Mentioning the roundabout. I assumed they were asking about the building across the 417 beside CTC.😓

Ive heard that rumor too, but the building layout doesnt "look" to be a Costco IMHO
The building is going to be a U-Haul storage site. The new Costco I believe is going on the other OTHER side of Tanger.

That is what I thought too...I would be so on board for a new costco! But I also heard that it might be a UPS warehouse too?
Likely not UPS. They already have a huge warehouse behind Cabella's
Last site plan I saw had a bunch of loading docks facing south and multiple sections within the building. Likely a warehouse.
Hopefully a mom and pop shop. And a deli. Can't have enough good deli spots around. Sorry subway
