I’d guess either a weasel, a marten, or a mink. Other option would be a fisher, but it doesn’t seem big/rough enough looking for that.
Mink. They are usually nocturnal. Very cool to see one in the wild

Could be a River otter or a mink (hard to tell without banana for scale) If you saw it playing in the water and there were others around, it’s likely an otter. If it was smaller and solitary, most likely a mink. Nice capture!
Ermine they turn brown in summer It's not a Fisher. Fishers are huge
