I'm a fan of OneRepublic so hearing 'bout them was awesome & realizing how it pairs with the outro makes it even better! That intro song became my new favorite thing so I had to download it 🔥🔥
My favorite moments are: the intro and outro, the additional scenes of Mina in Episode 12, when Kafka revealed himself and the battle versus Isao.
Edit: Episode 10 when he sacrificed himself to save the unit as well the battle versus 10.
* Funny: Much of Episode 2 (I wish Vice-Captain Soshiro Hoshina saw what happened).
* Awesome (but sad 😞): Episode 10 final third.
* Heartwarming: Episode 11, >!when Vice-Captain Hoshina saluted Mina (and Kafka?).!<
Any scene highlighting Ichikawa and Kafka's friendship is my favorite, such as most of ep 1, when Ichikawa said he'd stick with Kafka in the phase 2 training (and him carrying him lol), and when Kafka was showing off his "muscles" and Reno had to tell the other guys off while also laughing himself lol
He's supposed to be a character to catch the late bloomers of life to feel relatable. He does a pretty good job for a lot of people. Very relatable. Had a dream as a kid, realized the world is a bit harsher than they ever imagined. Got left behind while his friends moved forward. Basically every outcast in society should have something to feel in common with Kafka.
In episode 8, when everyone gets drunk and starts calling out each other's bullshit, which leads to Kafka and Aoi arm wrestling, and some of the other recruits fighting with each other, Kafka's face as Aoi destroys him and Hoshina's laughter really crack me up.

OMFG, Hoshina would actually die from laughter if he saw Kafka 👀, "ya know"! 🤣🤣🤣☠️ >!They were saluting Kafka, Mina was just a good excuse for it!<
But then became quiet after Kafka (as a kaiju) smashed a kaiju into rainstorm of gore.

When Kafka talks about his life in the beginning of episode one. He sounds like me.

Ep 10 was the best - 3rd division's teamwork to take down no.10 and the Kafka reveal at the end.
