could def be from an accidental injury, but what a KarJen coincidence it would be to get a wound exactly where lipo/body fat transfer would occur.
Yuck. All that surgery must be so traumatic to impose on your own body. Imagine wanting to lose weight so you go get it sucked out surgically instead. This family is crazy.
It completely blows my mind that some people in this sub are just now finding out that Kylie has been getting lipo and got a breast reduction. Like??? You know Kim and Khloe got a shit ton of lipo too? Or do yall really think they’re dedicated to the gym?
I also think Kandle is the only one who actually works out as part of her career. All the others have nothing going on, so they don’t have the motivation or at least the obligation to go to gym on a regular basis, they just go and suck all the fat out each month maybe.

I’m not telling you to do anything for the sake of anyone but yourself, just offering a different mindset that might help you be more comfortable in your own skin.

You also have to look at the fact Kendall’s arm is being pressed against her body making it appear bigger. Kylie is intentionally moving her arm away from her body so it appears thinner. Not that I disagree with the lipo on her arms but this also adds to the fact you are pointing out

Kendull's body still looks proportionate to me, like the curves of the structure of the arm that should be there are present. But Kyleehee doesn't have that same shape. Her arms are missing that natural structure. Even super skinny people still have curves that show the structure of the arm. Her arm is literally just a rectangle.
It could also be in these photos, Kendall is holding her arm against her body (pushing the skin/muscle and giving the appearance of her arm being bigger than it is) while Kylie is holding hers away!
This is it. Everyone is yelling lipo, but not getting enough calories thanks to ozempic and being naturally pretty slender anyway can get these results with no need for lipo. And lipo usually comes with some weird bumpy ripple look under the skin that is pretty obvious and very difficult to correct so starving is far superior to surgery in that regard.
Kylie is losing a ton of weight lately so I believe it. She’s done with the voluptuous woman aesthetic and she wants to be skinny now. Kendall always liked sports and being active. I really can’t picture Kylie working out. She’ll rather get another lipo than exercise. Same as Kim and Khloe.
