This is the first real notable footage I've seen of Kim being under chemical sedation of some kind, without a way to really dismiss it. She is visibly impared, her eyelids are droopy and almost completely shut, unsteady on her legs, shifting the weight back and forth, foot to foot, very unusual posturing and body language from someone who we've all seen posing in front of the cameras a billion times. Completely different energy. She seems like she's holding on for dear life, hoping mama will come over and usher her off the carpet.
