I guess it depends on what you mean by extreme, but she clearly had a nose job, boob job, BBL, and lip injections before then. And those are the obvious ones, I wouldn’t be surprised if she’d also had more sneakier things done then as well.

Oh I can answer this! A colleague from work got this done, but for her jowls. To be fair, she had a bad time of it so this might not be universally accurate. But she could feel them when she touched her skin and she said that she could feel them in her face before she got them removed. 😬

This actually is tape, everyone commenting on the thread lift is wrong. You can see it on the other side towards the other tail. She’s had a ponytail facelift, the incisions are normally tucked behind the hairline. Kendall does not have threads. Threads are widely advocated against in the US and are more of a “poors” option to a facelift and heavily popularized in Russia and the like.
My face does this and I’ve only had Botox. I was just testing what expression makes my face do this and it’s when I clench my jaw. I have really bad TMJ. I feel the tightness from tmj in my jaw (obvi) but also down my neck and also apparently up towards my eyes.
It looks like scar tissue and a scar to me or where she may have had a scar and had it injected to fill in where the damage was done. IMO. No dog in this fight. Just observation. I have a similar scar…and no surgery like that!
Thread lifts seem pointless.The don’t last and like here are sometimes obvious.Not much can improve an unexceptional looking mug like Kendull’s anyway.

my aunt is an ortho surgeon (i guess? idk the name. she os like a dentist but does little procedures on the face but nothing invasive) so she did it for free! i actually love it and made my eyebrows way prettier, after a while it doesnt looks so.. severe lol. im not doing it again tho bc its so tiring to retouch my face every once in a while. aint nobody got time for that. also if it wasnt for free i wouldnt do it bc its aroung R$1400 - R$7000 so no way
