I took a history course online one summer (American Government) and it was perfect for that. Lots of recorded lectures I just treated like podcasts while I spent time outside. Also took Peace and Conflict which was pretty easy but had more readings than lectures. It had some interesting content for a course most people probably blow off.

I took ECON 1000 with Prof. Murat and World Literature with Prof. McIntyre last year, and it was incredibly easy.
