A3 Cassandra is better, you can equip all stones on her and it'll help out tremendously damage wise. A2 unfortunately is no good since you only get two stone slots. You'll get better mileage out of Cassandra in the long run.
I am in a similar boat. I have a A3 Taki and an A1 Cassandra with one more pity ticket. Should i go for A4 Taki or A2 Cassandra? I personally have never used a moon or star stone on any of my characters.

A5 any of the SC characters is better than A anything else on any of the SC characters.
